Development of liquid-phase fabrication of nanotube array-based multiferroic nanocomposite film

چکیده

Owing to their unique characteristics, multiferroic materials are expected be widely used in the next-generation multifunctional devices. In addition improving developing affordable fabrication processes for is highly demanded both industry and academia. this paper, we show a novel process named electric-assisted magnetophoretic deposition of nanotube array-based nanocomposite films. Magnetic nanoparticles were homogeneously deposited on inner walls array substrate. A BaTiO3-CoFe2O4 film prepared work exhibited magnetoelectric effect originating from strain transfer between two components.
